  1. All terms used herein have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms and Conditions indicated on the Website ("Terms and Conditions"). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the Administrator shall mean the Trader.
  2. This Privacy Policy sets out rules for the collection, processing and protection of the data provided by the User in connection with the use of the Website, involving both the use of cookies on the User's computer, collecting and processing of user data for statistical purposes, as well as other methods of data processing, in particular the collection, consolidation, storage, elaboration, modification, sharing, and other use of the data.
  3. All personal data is collected on a voluntary basis, and is intended for the use of the Administrator.
  4. When browsing the Website, the servers automatically collect information sent by the User's browser and those contained in system logs. This information may include a variety of data, such as: email address, IP address, browser type, URLs of websites visited immediately prior to visiting the Website, the time of accessing the Website, and other statistics. The Website Administrator uses these data to ensure the highest quality of service, as well as for technical and statistical purposes.
  5. The database of personal data is maintained by the Administrator, in accordance with the provisions of law applicable to the seat of the Administrator and the principles of social coexistence.
  6. The Administrator of the Users' personal data, submitted in connection with the use of the Products, is the Trader (Administrator).
  7. The collected data is used to identify Users in order to fulfil Orders, including online and offline billing, after-sales service and the subsequent contact with Users. This data includes, among others, information such as: name, address, telephone number, email, and any personal information provided by Users themselves.
  8. Due to the nature of some of the Products, you may be asked to provide additional personal information. The scope of any additional details will be appropriately indicated in the Terms and Conditions or on the Website.
  9. In order to protect the privacy of individuals, the names and personal data of Users - as well as other persons whose statements and pictures have been posted on the Webite - may be subject to modifications.
  10. The Administrator processes personal data in order to provide their services, market their services and Products, as well as to send Users newsletters and other promotional and advertising materials. At any time, the User may stipulate that they do not agree to receiving commercial information – by contacting the customer service, by using the contact form found on the Website, or, in the case of forms offering Users the chance to subscribe, by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link.
  11. The rights of every User are guaranteed by the relevant law on the protection of personal data. In order to gain access to their data, or the possibility of their removal, you should use the contact form found on the Website or contact customer service.
  12. The Website may use, among others, the Google Analytics system (or similar systems), that is a web-analysis service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"), or other entities. Google Analytics uses "cookies". Google may also transfer the identified information to third parties, but only if it is required to do so by law.
  13. The Administrator uses "cookies" to store information about the preferences of the Users. These are text files stored on the Users' computers, identifying them for the purposes of certain operations. These files contain: personal user settings and the proposal to automatically fill in form fields, used among others to store data necessary for the User to log in. In particular, two categories of cookies are used:
    1. Action Cookies - files saved to record the activity of Users on the Website. Thanks to them, it is possible to determine which pages are most frequently visited, which are the most popular features of the Website, or how effective the marketing materials included on the Website are. These files provide statistical data used to optimise the functionality of the Website, e.g. by monitoring the 'jump-off rate', that is data concerning the interruption of individual activities on the Website. Cookies only become active upon their acceptance by the User through the appropriate setting in their browser.
    2. Session Cookies - files saved in the log to determine the status of the User, used on websites with the option to log in. They are used to ensure that Users have access to select pages visible only to the Website's Users. Session cookies are assigned in the process of user login and deleted at logoff, i.e. as soon as you click "Sign Out".
  14. The Administrator may conduct surveys among the Users in order to access specific profile data (e.g. age, education, occupation). Completion of the survey is voluntary, and personal data thus collected will be processed and used for statistical analysis later provided to the Administrator's partners. Disclosure of this information is always voluntary.
  15. Each User may withdraw their consent to the processing and storage of personal data at any time by contacting customer service (by email or phone). In the case of websites providing the option to log in/subscribe, the consent may also be revoked via a form, which is linked to the Website, and/or by clicking the "unsubscribe" link.
  16. After the User withdraws their consent to have their personal data processed, the Administrator is required to store user data, as well as any statistical data concerning the User's account, for a period no shorter than 90 days. Processing of personal data by the Administrator, after the User revokes their consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes, will cover only its storage for the event of possible re-authorisation granted by the User and performance of the duties of the Administrator, with the exception of any other operations performed on the data, unless otherwise specified in applicable regulations or imposed on the Administrator by competent authorities.
  17. Prevention of all forms of identity theft, phishing and other fraudulent practices is one of the highest priorities of the Administrator. For this purpose, any information provided by the Users, in particular data such as credit card numbers or details submitted on websites offering the option to log in and enter a password to access the User's account, is collected in a secure way.
  18. The Administrator reserves the right to send Users unsolicited messages. This includes information relating directly to the operation of the Website (e.g. changes to its functionality) or non-commercial messages (e.g. greetings, system notifications). Every User has the right to stipulate that they do not wish to receive such information, by clicking the link provided at the bottom of the message.
  19. The Website may contain links (e.g. in the form of third-party logos) which will redirect the User browsing the Website to an external website. The use of such techniques must not be identified with any kind of connection between the Administrator and the entity to which the external website belongs. In no event is the Administrator liable for the consequences of this kind of redirection, nor do they have any influence on the content of those external websites. The Administrator is not responsible for the content of the privacy and security policies of those websites, or for the cookie files used in the process of browsing them. We encourage those using such links to familiarise themselves with the content of relevant documents of respective websites.
  20. The Administrator reserves the right to introduce changes or amendments to the Privacy Policy. Any such changes will be published on the "Privacy Policy" page of the Website, and therefore we recommend that Users visit the Website regularly in order to monitor any recent changes in the Terms of Use of the Website.
  21. A Polish version of this Privacy Policy can also be found on the Website. In case there is any divergence of interpretation of this Privacy Policy, the English version of the Privacy Policy shall prevail.
  22. Use of the Website constitutes an agreement to the regulations contained herein.

  9. For individual persons' privacy protection, the names and personal data of Users and other individuals whose comments and photographs are presented on the Website may be changed.
  10. The Administrator processes personal data to provide services, to advertise its services and Products and to provide the Users with newsletters and other marketing materials. At any time the User may reserve that it does not consent to be provided with such commercial information – either by contacting the customer service department, using the contact form available on the Website or, in case of forms enabling Users’ subscription, by clicking the “unsubscribe” link.
  11. Each User has the rights vested to him by the relevant data protection act. In order to access or remove their data, the Users shall use the contact form available on the Website or shall contact the customer service department.

    1. Action Cookies – files stored to register Users’ activity on the Website. They provide information on most frequently visited websites, most popular functionalities of the Website and on the effectiveness of marketing materials on the Website. Acceptance of cookies by the User through the applicable browser settings is a prerequisite condition for their use.
    2. Session Cookies – used on websites with logging in services – files stored to define User’s logging status. These files allow Users to access websites available only for logged in Users. Session cookies are assigned when logging in and are deleted when the User logs out, i.e. when “Logout” is clicked on.
  14. The Administrator may conduct surveys among Users in order to receive specific profile data (such as age, education, profession). Participation in the survey is voluntary; the personal data so collected will be processed in an anonymous manner and will be used for statistical analysis of Users shared with Administrator’s partners. Disclosure of such information is voluntary at all times.
  15. The Users may withdraw their consent to the processing and storage of their personal data by contacting the customer service department (via e-mail of phone). On Websites offering logging in/subscription, consent may be withdrawn via the form accessible through a link provided on the Website and/or by clicking the “unsubscribe” link.
  16. Following withdrawal of consent by the User, the Administrator is obliged to store User data and any statistical information on User’s account for a period of at least 90 days. The Administrator’s processing of personal data in such case will be limited to storing such data for potential consent’s reactivation by the User and to perform Administrator’s duties, excluding any operations on such data, subject to other duties of the Administrator provided by the law in force or imposed on the Administrator by the relevant authorities.
  17. Fighting any forms of identity theft, illegal acquiring of information and illicit practices defined as „phishing” is one of the highest priorities for the Administrator. The Users have the right to reserve the lack of consent to provision of such information, by clicking on the link available at the bottom of such communication.
  19. There may be links on the Website (e.g. in the form of third party logotypes) which, when clicked on, direct the User to an external website.
